Registration and Account Responsibilities
Users provide their name, email address, phone number, and pin code / postal code to create an account. This information is used solely for DoCM campaign purposes and account management. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and must provide accurate information. Failure to keep login credentials confidential may result in potential account suspension.
Content and Conduct
Users may not publish offensive or illegal content. Content posted represents the views of individual users and not necessarily the platform. Users are requested to inform admin team about inappropriate content they come across by emailing support@declarationofconsciousness.org.
Intellectual Property
The DoCM name and logo are copyrighted material owned by the Declaration of Consciousness Movement. Users may use the platform as authorized members to further the DoCM mission.
Disclaimer of Liability
This platform serves as a meeting place for members to coordinate voluntary DoCM activities. The platform owners are not liable for any factual inaccuracies by users nor responsible for supervision of volunteering events.
Account Termination
This platform retains the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if terms and conditions are violated.
Modifications
These terms may be modified from time to time. Users will be notified of substantial changes via email or the next time they login. Continued use signifies agreement to revisions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration.
